We stand behind the parts we sell. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right quickly and fairly. The summary below describes how returns and refunds work; when in doubt, contact us and we will walk you through the next steps.

Full refund — part does not fit

If a part does not fit your vehicle because it was incorrectly described on our listing, we sent the wrong item, or we confirmed the wrong application for your truck, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price once we receive the part back (or approve disposition photos if return shipment is impractical). Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and before altering, painting, or installing the part beyond what is needed to verify fit.

Full refund — damaged in shipping

If your part arrives damaged in shipping, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, labels, and the damage to the part. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at our discretion, including reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required and the damage occurred before delivery to you.

Other returns

If you ordered the wrong part by mistake or changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund minus original and return shipping costs, provided the part is unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging when reasonable. Certain clearance, electrical, or special-order items may be marked non-returnable at the time of sale.

How to start a return

  • Email or call us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the issue is damage or fitment.
  • Wait for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or denied.
  • Pack the part securely in its original box and materials when possible to prevent damage in transit.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned part (or approve your claim with documentation). Most refunds post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Warranty and wear

Used and recycled parts are sold as-is unless a separate written warranty is provided with your purchase. Normal wear, road hazards, or damage after installation are not covered by this return policy.
