Shipping policy

Stadium Parts Shop ships automotive parts to customers across the United States. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders. Transit times are estimates; carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within one business day after your order is confirmed and any payment or verification steps are complete. Custom, oversized, or special-order items may require additional lead time—we will communicate expected ship dates if your order is affected.

Carriers

We ship through FedEx and USPS (and occasionally comparable services when one carrier offers better service or rates for your package). The carrier used for your order depends on part size, weight, destination, and availability. If you have a carrier preference, contact us before shipment and we will accommodate when reasonably possible.

Delivery timeframe

For standard parcel shipments within the contiguous United States, you can typically expect delivery within 2–4 business days after the carrier picks up the package. Remote or rural addresses, weather, and peak seasons may add time. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require longer transit; we will provide an estimate at checkout or by email when you place your order.

Oversized and freight items

Large parts (for example bumpers, beds, doors, or hoods) may not ship by standard parcel service. Those items may ship by freight or require a custom quote for shipping cost and timing. We will confirm the method, price, and estimated delivery window with you before charging freight shipments, consistent with the estimates shown when you place your order online.

Shipping address & tracking

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address. Fees for address corrections, failed delivery, or return to sender may apply if the error originated with information you supplied.
  • When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address on your order when available from the carrier.
  • Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for certain services; we will use USPS or another suitable option when a street address is not used.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. Any shipping amount shown at checkout is an estimate until the order is packed and labeled; if the actual cost differs materially, we will contact you before finalizing shipment.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the packaging and part when damage is involved. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue in line with our Returns & refunds policy.
